About the University of Nusa Cendana

The University of Nusa Cendana is a public university located in the city of Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara province of Indonesia. Strategically located in the pacific rim, East Nusa Tenggara province shares its border with Democratic Republic of Timor Leste and Australia. Kupang itself is a bustling city surrounded by calming beautiful turquoise sea. In fact, the sea is visible from most locations in the campus lending its calming charm.

Beautiful sceneries, unique culture, languages, art, interesting species of flora and fauna are just some of what East Nusa Tenggara has to offer. Undana recognizes these qualities and strives to blend science with local wisdom so the future generations will be able to use their skill and knowledge without forgetting their cultural origins.

Nowadays Undana students are very diverse. Apart from the local students from East Nusa Tenggara, Undana also has large number of students from other parts of Indonesia, mainly Java island. Undana is also accepting international students, most of Undana's international students came from Democratic Republic of Timor Leste and Australia.
